		<description>Great script! I am using it on a site to collect email addesses to a TXT file and it's working very well.

What I was trying to do without sucsess is to be able to also collect other data, things like 'name', 'location' etc... I have tried various ways but it just didn't woor.

Maybe someone out there could help me out in any way.
